UNIVERSAL CITY, CA, May 15, 2011 – Universal Pictures announced today that its epic action-adventure Snow White and the Huntsman will make a bold move into the early summer movie season with its new release date of June 1, 2012. The much anticipated film stars Twilight’s Kristen Stewart, Academy Award® winner Charlize Theron, Thor’s Chris Hemsworth and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ Sam Claflin. This breathtaking new vision of the legendary tale from Joe Roth, the producer of Alice in Wonderland, and acclaimed commercial director and state-of-the-art visualist Rupert Sanders (Halo 3 campaign) had originally been set for release in late December of next year. With adjustments to the production timeline, however, the film will now be ready for a summer 2012 release date. In Snow White and the Huntsman, Stewart plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the one girl threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Hemsworth) who was dispatched to kill her. Claflin plays the prince long enchanted by Snow White's beauty and power. “As Rupert and Joe were finalizing casting and preproduction of Snow White and the Huntsman, we realized that the ambitious and fully-formed world they had promised was blowing away all expectations,” said Universal Chairman Adam Fogelson and Co-Chairman Donna Langley in a joint statement. “We’re thrilled that Universal will be bringing this singular version of a timeless story almost seven months earlier than anticipated.”

MDR les princesses des contes de fées sont toujours tellement innocentes et crédules! J'aime bien les vraies versions, comme pour la petite sirène mouhahaha ^^

En matière de princesses nounouilles Blanche-Neige est ma bête noire (franchement, quelle nana serait assez débile pour accepter une pomme d'une inconnue en sachant que son horrible belle-mère, une sorcière qui plus est, cherche par tous les moyens à l'assassiner ? :D) mais là, en guerrière, je demande à voir ! Par contre Chris Hemsworth, arf...L'ai vu dans Thor et c'est juste une cata niveau jeu !

Il y a toujours un gouffre entre les versions de Disney et les originales ^^

Oui j'ai vu après avoir posté, évidemment mdr.

Et puis du coup, j'ai relu un peu le conte des frères Grimm pour revoir où ça allait se placer entre la version Disney et le conte, eh ouah le conte est hard ! La reine bouffe quand même ce qu'elle croit être les poumons et le foie de Blanche Neige. --' Le prince est très con et les nains prennent Blanche Neige pour une bonne mdr (ça se voit moins dans Disney où là c'est juste elle qui est bête à faire du ménage alors qu'on lui ait rien demandé mdr) et la fin de la reine est affreuse !

Bref ça m'a fait rire de relire le conte qui n'est vraiment pas pour les enfants au final. Le Disney est plus présentable lol (même s'il faudrait enlever le passage de la transformation de la reine lol).

Justement j'adore ce coté warrior, ça promet, et faut dire ça colle plus avec le tempérament de Kris que le coté Disney, hate de voir ce que ça va donner.
